The Lakeshore/Downtown route is a bit farther from Mission Meadows than the Gordon/Downtown route, but it runs alongside the lake. If you wanted to take a ride downtown after a visit to Rotary Beach Park, this would probably be the best route to take.
The Gordon/Downtown bus route runs right past Mission Meadow, making it the most likely candidate for residents wanting to enjoy the night life or just go explore downtown. It runs every half hour, taking just under 20 minutes.
